Friday 30th 2010 - Debate in school
Our six party leaders presented their manifestos to the electorate in the school hall. Mr Plumb our BBC cameraman filmed the lively debate.

During the TV debate, after the children presented their manifestos, they were asked three questions (unknown to them beforehand).

The whole debate was fantastic and much better than Messrs Brown, Cameron and Clegg who could all have learnt lessons from the children's presentation skills.

Above you can see representatives of the 6 'political' parties up for election.

Some main promises in the manifestos were:

Teachers wear uniforms and children don't (the staff say they will do it), Playtimes should be extended. We come to school only on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Teachers take SATs, SATs are banned altogether and there should be a hot tub in the playground.
